Overview / ワークショップ概要

• Scrum show workshop is a workshop that consists in preparing a show to introduce scrum to some specific person who is not necessarily familiar with scrum, Agile, or software development.
• Scrum is one of the most popular Agile software development framework.
• Scrum Show workshop was initiated by Agile coaches while gathering at Yonayona coaching retreat 2019
• This workshop is for people who want to learn shortly and effectively about scrum by learning how to teach other people about scrum.
• After a short lecture to introduce scrum basics, participants will work as teams of 4-5 people, and prepare a series of shows where one person explains scrum to another who is not familiar with it (eg. explain scrum to your grand mother, your 5 years old child, your designer coworker, your manager, etc...).
• Teams will be organized as scrum teams, and will use scrum to iterate sprints, and continuously improve their process and deliverable.

• スクラムショーワークショップは、 スクラムの説明をショー（寸劇）形式で行うワークショップです。
• スクラムとは、ソフトウェアのアジャイル開発手法として有名な手法です。
• スクラムショーワークショップはよなよなコーチングリトリート2019で生まれた、スクラムを短い時間で理解するためのワークショップです。
• このワークショップはスクラムの理解を短時間で効果的に理解したい人のために、第三者に対してスクラムを説明出来るようになることで、それを達成できるように作られています。
• スクラムをレクチャー形式で紹介した後に、参加者達が４-５人のチームに分かれ、特定の人物像（おばあさん、５歳の息子、デザイナーの同僚、上司など）に対してスクラムを説明するショーを作っていきます。
• チームでスクラムを使いながらスプリントを回し継続的にプロセスと成果物を改善していきます。
